Who Am I?

Have you ever found yourself at a point in your life where you feel like you are struggling to figure out who you really are, what you really want in life, what it's all about? You're not alone! And it may not be the first time you've come across these feelings. It is quite common for us to feel this way numerous times in our lives, when we're just not sure what our place in the world is supposed to be.

I have often found that when I have been in this kind of headspace, I have found much solace in reaching out to those wonderful trusted souls in my life that I consider to be my true life coaches or mentors that help guide me in positive ways to finding myself again. It is important to seek out those people that we feel really put effort into understanding us and truly want to see us happy and fulfilled.

I have spent many years coaching and mentoring others and also being coached and mentored and it fills my heart and gives me such wonderful satisfaction to work with great people on both sides of the proverbial coin. Regardless of our stage in life...we all need a helping hand sometimes and it's nice to know that there is always someone that you can turn to for a bit of advice, a friendly smile, and maybe even a laugh or two.
